From 1999-2010 I sold captive bred Quality colubrids as Home Grown Herps, in 2010 I sold my breeders and stock and worked on another venture, mainly live educational venomous displays through my non- profit company Preserve Venomous, Inc. In 2012 and I find myself getting back into the breeding aspect of the Reptile business with a new name and attitude...the Angry Herper. Allot has happened in the industry in the last few years and the majority of the changes are working towards herpers losing their rights to keep venomous and non venomous reptiles alike. This is where the Angry part comes in.


We should all be angry…

· Angry that the politicians passing laws are misinformed and side with those with the most money.

· Angry that irresponsible herpers post damaging photos of themselves for all to see on social networking sites.

· Angry that people in the industry who have the means to make a difference as a whole cannot get past petty personal differences and work together.

· Angry that there are people in the industry willing to do things illegally to make an extra buck.

· Angry that no government official or animal rights advocates seem to think there is anything wrong with Rattlesnake Roundups.

As Home Grown Herps we had some great customers who appreciated our attention to detail and the extra steps we would take to make sure they were getting healthy animals. The Angry Herper will strive to continue to provide Captive Bred Quality Venomous and Non-venomous reptiles in the same fashion.
